HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 47 Urging the United States                                                                          
Coast Guard to amend its regulations relating to small vessels                                                                  
transporting fuel and supplies to remote communities and businesses                                                             
in the state, was read the second time.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                               
objection, it was so ordered.
